We are not in the business of laying bricks.
In the late 17th century, Sir Christopher Wren walked unrecognized through the construction site of what would become St. Paul's Cathedral. He asked three bricklayers the same question: What are you doing?
The First Bricklayer
“I’m laying bricks.”
Hunched over, exhausted. Just trying to make enough to feed his family.
Task
The Second Bricklayer
“I’m building a wall.”
Working steadily and efficiently. The best bricklayer in the city, making sure every line is straight.
Craft
The Third Bricklayer
“I am building a great cathedral.”
Working with a smile, looking up at the sky. He drops his trowel and stands tall.

Thinking
At IM Digital, we build for what lasts. Every platform we architect, every experience we design, every partnership we forge is a stone in a structure meant to outlive the moment. We don't chase quarters. We build cathedrals.
“We are building a cathedral.”
“Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.”
— Vincent van Gogh, letter to his brother Theo, October 1882
Greatness is never accidental. It is a succession of little things brought together.
Van Gogh did not paint a masterpiece by chance. He spent years mastering the fundamentals of color and perspective first.
The Discipline
of Small Things
This same discipline defines the IM Digital culture. We do not wait for sudden inspiration. We build success through rigorous iteration. We treat every line of code and every design element as a deliberate choice. The results our clients see are the sum of the standards we hold ourselves to every day.
“Strategy sets the direction. Execution defines the destination.”
The IM Digital Jordan
Deep-teal leather. Cream soles. The IM Digital logo on the heel. The tradition began with founder Ali's respect for the silhouette. Now, every teammate receives a custom pair for meetings, trade shows, and client visits. We have developed four distinct designs to date. One culture.
